Does Digital Depiction have Supra access?
Yes, we can access your Supra listings using the Supra eKEY app. You will need to send Digital Depiction the locks CBS number prior to your appointment or if you already have it when making your booking, place the number in the notes.
Does Digital Depiction upload the images to MLS for me?
While we are members of HAR MLS No, due to MLS requirements and restrictions we do not upload clients photos to their MLS accounts. We will email a link for order download so that you can upload them to your listings.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
We have a standard 24-to-48-hour turnaround time and often get our clients orders over to the within 24 hours or less. With virtual staging, you will need to let us know, once you receive your photo package, specifically which images you want staged.
What is the best time to shoot my property?
We can shoot your property at any time that fits your needs or the needs of your clients however, we do make the following suggestions to help optimize your shoot. When booking we suggest taking into consideration the property footprint and where the property faces. We recommend the following based on the direction your property faces: North: (10am-2pm); South: (Early Morning/Late Evening); West: (Afternoon); East: (Morning).
What are your service areas?
Primary Service Area: Montgomery County, Waller County, Grimes County, Walker County, San Jacinto County, Harris County, Liberty County, Fort Bend County.
Extended Service Area (North)*: (*$0.30 per mile trip charge from closest service area location to subject property) Trinity County, Houston County, Leon County, Madison County, Brazos County, Burleson County, Washington County, Austin County, Polk County, Hardin County.
Extended Service Area (South)*: (*$0.50 per mile trip charge from closest service area location to subject property) Chambers County, Galveston County, Wharton County, Brazoria County. (See Contact page for travel charge example).
My order email is missing a download option and/or has a watermark on the images?
Once your order has been complete, you will receive a system generated email to download your order. If there is a pending invoice on your order, the system still notifies you of your order completion however, the email link is generated with a watermark and with out a download button. Once the invoicing is cleared, generally with in 5 to 10 minutes or so, you should be able to click on the same email link and the download button will be there and the watermarks gone.
